- Claims received via any other channel than the insurance claim form (e.g. by sending an email) will not be considered.

What do I need to submit a claim?
- Your Monzo Travel policy number
- Any supporting documents related to your claim such as receipts, medical reports, etc.
- In case of medical expenses, you'll be requested to send a medical certificate. To ensure all the necessary information is provided, you can check the specific form for the medical certificate to be filled in by the treating medical practitioner.
What happens after I submit my claim?
- You'll receive an email from Qover confirming that we’ve received your claim. If you haven't received it, please:
- Check your spam – our emails sometimes end up there.
- Double check that your contact details are accurate.
- We'll review your case: our team will carefully review your claim, check its validity and go through your supporting documents. Then we'll calculate the amount you may be eligible for.
- We may ask for additional information: if we need more information to process your claim, we’ll reach out to you directly. We recommend keeping all relevant documents related to your claim in case we need them.
- We'll approve your claim and pay you, or we'll let you know why we've denied it.
Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange for payment. The funds will be transferred to the UK bank account you’ve provided.
