What are the requirements for Monzo travel insurance?

Would I be covered if I need to extend a trip?
If you planned a trip for a certain duration and are forced to stay longer, you may be covered as long as the total duration of your trip does not exceed 45 days. For example, if you booked a 10-day trip and need to extend it to a total of 15 days, you may still qualify for coverage.
Can I extend my cover if my trip lasts longer than 45 days?
No, Monzo does not offer any extensions for trips over 45 days. You will need to find insurance with a separate provider if the duration of your trip exceeds 45 days.
What happens if my subscription lapses during the trip?
If your Monzo Max or Max Family subscription becomes inactive during your trip, your cover will end immediately.
Can I start a new 45-day coverage period if I return and leave for another trip?
Yes, each trip is covered up to 45 days as long as your subscription remains active and you return home before starting a new trip.
