Your trip may be covered even if you didn't use your Monzo account to purchase it. However, you'd need to have a return flight booked for the insurance to be potentially valid.
The payment method used to book your trip does not affect your cover.
Requirement for cover:
You must be a Monzo Premium, Max or Max Family subscription holder:
- At the date of any incident
- From the beginning until the end of your trip
Important to note:
- Your Monzo subscription status is the determining factor for cover, not the payment method.
- Ensure your Monzo Max or Max Family subscription is active before and throughout your entire trip.
- Cover may apply to all eligible trips, regardless of how they were booked or paid for.
